Matthew Dennin
Director of Business Development
Matthew is a graduate of the University of Dayton, where he earned his
Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations and a double minor in Marketing
and Management. Prior to joining the Irides team, Matthew was the Director
of the Federal Sales group for SunGard Data Systems, headquartered in
Wayne, PA. SunGard is the world leader in disaster recovery services,
serving over 20,000 customers in over 50 countries. From 1997 to 2002
Matthew was the Vice President of Strategic Sales for Digex, Inc. in
Laurel, MD, an industry leading managed web hosting provider, now Verizon
Business Solutions. From 1992 to 1997 he was the founder and Managing
Partner of PMI Logistics, Inc. in Laurel, MD, a transportation utility
designed to meet the unique delivery requirement of banks. Started with
$10,000 of seed money, the company grew over a five year period to 135
employees, 25 daily air routes, over 100 ground couriers, and 65 contracts
worth over $5 million in revenue.
Matthew and his wife Sheila live in Crofton, MD and are the proud
parents of three wonderful children. In his spare time Matthew can
be found cruising the Chesapeake bay in his boat “Premium Fun” enjoying
the great outdoors and chasing the ever elusive trophy rock fish.
