Job Description: We are looking for aggressive outbound Sales Professionals to help take us to the next level in
Managed Hosting. The ideal candidate will have a firm grasp of hosting technologies including: server hardware components
and configurations, Linux and Windows operating systems and related applications, multiple server systems, and security.
A sales background in the hosting industry or server hardware business is essential. Successful candidates should possess a
business degree or equivalent, a strong grasp of the sales process, and a superior ability to close. You will be expected to
generate new business through existing contacts, prospecting, and strategic selling. You will spend time outside the office
meeting with larger clients, preparing proposals, giving presentations, as well as managing existing clients. The ideal
candidate is motivated by commissioned sales, and is not a time-clock puncher. You will do what it takes to increase

Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed sales quotas of $1,666.00 of new business in monthly recurring revenue
- Contact prospective clients through phone, e-mail, or in person
- Utilize existing contacts and frequent networking events to drive sales
- Manage existing clients and recommend solutions for system upgrades
Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in High Tech Sales
- Recent experience in the web hosting, data center, software application, or web application sector
- BS Computer Science, Business and/or Marketing
- Excellent presentation skills
- Technical understanding and background in networking and Internet technologies
- Great problem solving skills and effective verbal and written communications abilities . Ability to work in a team environment
Irides, LLC Benefits:
Salary – Irides, LLC offers competitive base salaries that are commensurate with experience. Target total
annual compensation at plan approximately $200,000
Health Benefits:
Medical - Irides, LLC offers a CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield medical coverage through a HMO, or PPO plan
Dental - Coverage is provided through MetLife Dental Insurance. Preventive treatment is covered at 100%. Adult and child orthodontia is also covered.
Vision – Full eye care coverage is provided through VSP, or HMO coverage through CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield.
Short Term Disability (STD) –Full-time employees on active status who become incapacitated and unable to perform their essential job functions due to a non-occupational medical reason may be eligible for short-term disability pay provided that they have elected to purchase this coverage. Currently, the maximum duration for STD pay for eligible employees is 26 weeks.
Long Term Disability – Full-time employees on active status due to a medical condition for 180 calendar days including salary continuation (sick days, vacation, and holidays) may be eligible for long term disability (LTD) benefits provided you are eligible and have purchased this coverage.
Basic Life Insurance & AD&D (UNUM) - Irides, LLC pays 100% of the premium for group term life insurance. Maximum company paid employee basic life insurance and accidental death or dismemberment is1.5% your annual compensation..

Personal Benefits:
Paid Time Off (PTO)
Two weeks, or 80 hours of PTO will be provided to employees on an annual basis (based on hire date). PTO begins to accrue from the first day of your employment. PTO accrues semi-monthly and is indicated on the employee's pay stub/advice.
Holidays
We have nine (9) paid holidays per year.
Sick Days
Full-time employees will accrue 10 sick days (or 80 hours of sick time) per calendar year (January – December).
Commuter Reimbursement Program
This program provides employees $40.00 per month towards Metro tickets, or a convenient parking garage.
Tuition Reimbursement Program
Employees are eligible to receive up to $1,500 per calendar year in tuition reimbursement. This reimbursement applies only to the successful completion of pre-approved credited courses.

Providing Recognition to Individuals Dedicated to Excellence (PRIDE) is designed to recognize "above and beyond" contribution of employees to the company and a way to recognize and reward outstanding efforts of individuals and team alike.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
EAP services are provided by Guidance Resources and provides confidential professional consultation, information and counseling to assist employees and their family members with any kind of personal problems including: stress, marital conflict, serious illness, career issues, concerns with adolescents or school age children, child care/elder care referrals, and alcohol or drug dependency. This program provides up to three sessions per circumstance. Consultants are available 24 hours, 7 days a week for emergency or urgent situations. This service is available for all employees and eligible family members with or without medical coverage.
